Warsaw College of Fine Arts

 

The leading motive that couples the whole exhibition is a spatial multimedia canvass installation stretching from Krakowskie Przedmieście to the interiors of the Painting Department. From pedestrian’s perspective, this form makes an impression of paintings having gone outside the College walls and “flowing out” into the street to appropriate its space. Inside the building, in the soul of the entrance hall, the planes of the installation form a kind of sculpture that climbs up to the building’s ceiling. The material so arranged forms the backbone.
