Factory Museum in £ód¼

On its symbolic level, the exhibition room’s layout references to the space of a factory hall. Poznański’s factory complex is presented on several levels in order to show, as precisely as possible, the complexity of the factory organism – the primary industrial unit. Visitors learn such aspects as production, employee rights, and the transformations that the factory underwent over the nearly 140 years of its history. The exhibits shown at the Factory Museum (intertwined with modern art mediums) show visitors a fragment of life in the 19th-century £ód¼.
